In the afternoon of 25 April, Dr. Wenquan Tao, the academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the professor of Xi'an Jiaotong University, the doctoral supervisor of Xi'an Jiaotong University was Invited by HH Institute to become the Chairman of the Academic Advisory committee. The signing ceremony took place in the MOE key laboratory of Thermo-Fluid science and engineering of Xi'an Jiaotong University. The Chairman of HH Institute, David Yao and the President of HH Institute, Victor Chen have attended the ceremony and co-issued the certificate for Dr. Tao.

Porfessor Dr. Wenquan Tao studied in the Department of Power Machinery of Xi'an Jiaotong University from 1957 to 1962. He completed his Master degree in 1966. He has been a professor at Xi'an Jiaotong University since 1986 and a doctoral supervisor since 1990. He has served as a visiting scholar at the University of Minnesota, a visiting professor at Kyushu University in Japan, and a visiting professor at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Dr. Tao received one national science and technology conference award, the national natural science second prize, the provincial science and technology advancement first prize, the first prize of science and technology progress award of China's higher education institutions, the first prize of science and technology progress of Ministry of Power Industry, the national first special prize for teaching achievements, 1 first prize and 3 second prizes. In 2003, he was awarded the title of the first "National Teaching Master". In 2005, he was elected as an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. In 2006, he won the National Labor Medal. Since 2006, he has served as the president of Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. He is the deputy editor responsible for Chinese articles of two international magazines, and the member of editorial department of three international journals. He is currently the Vice Chairman of the China Society of Engineering Thermo-physics. He has published more than 100 articles in international journals and more than 60 papers in international conferences, more than 170 articles in Chinese journals, and more than 10 monographs and textbooks, and won six national invention patents.
